Slesers believes that For A Good Latvia will be highly successful in the upcoming 10th Saeima elections and that it will ultimately determine the composition of the government to come. Slesers stated that only these people will be able to hold portfolios within the new government.

Slesers explained that the upcoming foreign ministry, as well as all Latvian ambassadors abroad will do 80% of their work to support Latvian businessmen abroad.

Andris Kele who was chosen by For A Good Latvia for the post of finance minister, stated that Latvia should be able to achieve the economic autonomy it needs to achieve. Ainars Slesers “If we have to carry the burden of debt over time without a national growth is possible.”

Skele and For A Good Latvia chairman Andrejs Ekis were nice enough to laud Slesers. They pointed out that Slesers has proved that even the smallest Riga boy could become an effective businessman, make an enormous amount of money and grow wealthy. Ekis stated that Slesers “a businessman who has strayed into politics” and said, “I wish that there were a leader in Latvia who could make me feel proud.”

Ainārs Šlesers Slesers also highlighted that mission was a top way to fulfill a mission. The current government led by Valdis Dimbrovskis, (New Era), “is trying sedate the country and tell the people it’s all fine.” Ainars Slesers It’s dangerous to live on credit because the money borrowed will need to be returned.

Slesers made harsh remarks about the prime minister candidates. Roberts Zile (For Fatherland and Freedom/LNNK), has remained in Brussels and has no plans to relocate to Latvia in order to take on the role of the premier. He’ll need to put in more effort and earn a lower pay, Slesers stated.

The Union of Greens and Farmers candidate, Aivars, is in the same position and is not willing to leave his life in Ventspils in order to take on the responsibilities of a premier at Riga.

For a Good Latvia is ready to collaborate with Janis Urbanovics of Harmony Center, who has much experience of work in the Latvian parliament, however Urbanovics won’t be made as the prime minister due to the fact that the party is not able to provide him with enough experience in business, said Slesers.

Dombrovskis elections will be finalized by those who are in support of the ongoing “international finance occupation of Latvia.”

Slesers however will show people how to earn money, conquer international markets and live their lives with dignity. He indicated that Guntis Ulmanis would act as his first assistant in the administration of the state. Slesers should turn to Ulmanis for help.

Slesers added that for A Good Latvia would see that Biblical studies were introduced into all schools starting on September 1st , next year.

After the conference, For A Good Latvia representatives took part in an event to lay flowers at the Freedom Monument.
